Anna Lenhardt

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Anna specializes in helping startups build and scale into high-impact companies, drawing on more than two decades of experience as an HR professional.

Anna began her career at McKinsey & Company before refining her HR expertise as a consultant at Deloitte. She entered the startup world as VP of People at Oscar Health, where Anna led People Operations during a period of rapid growth, expanding the team from 250 to more than 1,000 employees and preparing the organization for its future IPO. As Head of People at Hippo Insurance, she helped scale the workforce, shape a vibrant culture, and support the company’s successful NYSE debut.

Anna is a distinguished scholar who holds master's degrees in counseling psychology and the arts. In addition to her professional roles, she contributes her knowledge and insights as an advisory board member for Budgie Health, a company dedicated to providing employees with valuable health claims data to inform better decisions regarding their benefits packages. She is also a Board member at CoachArt.

April Anderson

Principal

April is a seasoned people leader passionate about crafting and delivering future-focused talent strategies to elevate individual and team performance and foster business growth that aligns with an organization’s mission and values. With a wealth of experience in the high-tech, high-growth sector, April brings a unique blend of vision and practicality to every endeavor.

With over six years of experience at tech start-ups such as Oscar Health and Datadog, April has led the charge in building and scaling talent programs, processes, and practices from the ground floor. Under her guidance, career development methodologies, performance management practices, and employee retention strategies have contributed to creating cultural shifts that have led to remarkable success stories among teams and the organization.

As a former talent consultant for Estee Lauder Companies and YSC Consulting, a part of Accenture, April’s leadership and influence have extended across continents, supporting teams throughout EMEA and APAC.

Paolo Po

Director

Paolo is an accomplished HR operations leader with over 15 years of experience developing people systems and infrastructure for fast-growing startups, global enterprises, and mission-driven organizations. He has led HR operations at Ceribell, Tomorrow Health, and CarParts.com, with expertise spanning HRIS implementation, total rewards, compliance, benefits, and organizational development. Paolo excels in streamlining HR processes, managing complex leave and benefits programs, and implementing scalable systems that support long-term growth. Known for his analytical approach, collaborative style, and deep knowledge of compensation and performance metrics, Paolo brings a strategic yet hands-on perspective to every engagement.

Jessica Lopez Malone

EA & HR Analyst

Jessica Lopez Malone is an experienced professional specializing in talent acquisition, operations, and administrative support. She currently serves as an EA and HR Analyst at Lenhardt Partners. Previously, Jessica worked as a Talent & People Associate at PlayVS, focusing on recruitment and people operations. She has also gained expertise in accounts payable and operations through roles at Schouweiler and Associates, Bird, and Sitrick and Company. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Monica College. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
